I used to defend Workers Comp insurance companies ... I KNOW their tactics.. I have been in Workers Compensation since 1987, so I know the real doctors here -- AND the ones to avoid.. I still handle my claims myself. I NEVER turn your claim over to a Legal Assistant.. There is never a fee until your claim closes. The Judge orders the fee from your Award at Trial or the Settlement. You never write me a check.. Your first consultation is FREE. If I can't help you, I will tell you.
