Justin was exceedingly helpful while I was dealing with US Bank attempting to collect after my mother died. I deeply appreciate his professionalism and care while trying to deal with their shady business practices over the course of several years. I would definitely recommend.
Well I have an issue with a bank and reached out. Was asked to provide a document and sent him some stuff for review and never heared back. Its not illegal to say "sorry cant help at all" or to make the "im too busy" excuse. Im just disappointed when there isnt even the decency to officially deny.
