Kate McConnico is Board Certified in Family Law and has been practicing both family and civil trial law since 1996.  She strives to help clients reach amicable, economically wise solutions before resorting to litigation.. After witnessing the loss of time and money that contested litigation can cause clients, her mission is to focus on mediation, arbitration, and counseling individuals regarding positive and practical solutions to their legal problems.. Kate’s practice experience includes: complex property division in the context of divorce, mediation and estate planning, collaborative law, serving as a court appointed mediator and analyzing over 250 settlements as a guardian ad litem in personal injury cases involving children..
