As a pioneer in courtroom technology, Howard was the first attorney to have computer-generated liability and medical animations admitted into evidence at trial. As a leader in education, Howard co-founded AAJ’s National College of Advocacy, and has taught advocacy-related courses in law schools for 35 years. As one of the most sought after educators in the law profession, he is widely published and has lectured to lawyers in all 50 states. Howard also pioneered the use of forensic psychological and neurolinguistic principles to persuade judges and jurors in trial.. As a leader of the trial bar, Howard served as president of The National Trial Lawyers, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, the Belli Society and the Aletheia Institute, and five years on AAJ’s Executive Committee. He is the recipient of the Belli Society’s Mel Award, MTMP’s Clarence Darrow Award, STLA’s War Horse Award, AAJ’s Heavy Lifting Award, and STLA’s Tommy Malone Great American Eagle Award.. For four decades, he has been listed each year in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the World. I had to call for an update to find there was not sufficient docs and that another firm was responsible. I had not heard from ANYONE since December 5th. Then I was treated as tho I had no right to complain about something that VALIDATED my time in service...DDform214?
