Attorney Fox has more than 20 years of legal experience as a Family Law Attorney, representing clients in divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, spousal support, child custody, and child support matters. He earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.. Attorney Fox worked as an Associate and then a Partner at a prominent local law firm, serving as Partner in the Family Law section of that firm. In 2013, he opened a private practice to better serve his clients. He has chosen to join our firm as Senior Counsel to bring his years of experience to our clients. He offers our clients knowledge and wisdom as an experienced family law litigator, and he is dedicated to providing high quality legal services to our clients.. Attorney Fox has been recognized by his peers, having been identified as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star in 2005 – 2008. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association (MBA). and has served on a variety of committees, including the Child Advocacy Committee and General Practice Committee. He serves as Co-Chair of the Equitable Distribution and Support Sub-Committees.. In addition to his legal experience and activity, he serves as a mentor in the school-based mentoring program of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Montgomery County.
