Having practiced law for nearly 35 years, I left "high volume" law practice in 2013 as a "name" partner at a South Jersey/Philadelphia law firm and started my own practice. As a solo practitioner, my focus remains on disability cases (Social Security and Workers' Compensation). I take pride in providing the attention to detail required in these practice areas and being "hands-on" with every case and client. When you call my office you will speak to me personally (not to a paralegal or other staff person). I am available to answer your questions about the several Social Security programs including disability insurance benefits and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) for adults and children. I have handled hundreds of appeals to the "Appeals Council" and the federal courts.
