His trials have involved contract disputes, fraud and securities claims, real estate and construction matters, and theft of trade secrets allegations. Mr. Casey gained valuable experience while serving on litigation teams for DuPont, Pfizer, Phillip Morris, Koch Industries, and other large companies..
