Mr. Gilbert's practice is limited exclusively to the representation of injured workers, volunteer firefighters and ambulance workers before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board.. Mr. Gilbert is married with two children and one grandchild. He is a baseball, football, hockey, and basketball fan.
