Markey, former chief judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.. Since 1980 he has been adjunct professor at St Mary's University Law School and currently teaches patent law, copyright law, trademark law, trade secret law and computer and internet law. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Supreme Court of Texas, the United States Patent and Trademark Office and various United States district and circuit courts.
