Mr. Mack is knowledgeable, helpful, and gets things done! Was so happy with all the communication from start to finish. They also made sure all injuries were addressed and that proper medical treatment was received. I would recommend this firm to my family.
The lack of communication from them was very poor. Throughout the 7 months of having them they did not return calls or the manager of my case was always on vacation. I would not recommend going to this office.
Mack Injury exceeded all my expectations! They treated my case with care and urgency, making sure I felt supported every step of the way. Their dedication and professionalism are unmatched highly recommend!
