Amelia Crotwell is a Certified Elder Law Attorney.  This means she specializes in helping folks 55 and older or persons with disabilities with their legal, financial and health care needs. Her specialization is earned through the National Elder Law Foundation and the Tennessee Commission on Legal Education and Specialization.. Amelia started Elder Law of East Tennessee to serve families from Chattanooga  to Johnson City.  Amelia is dedicated to helping people find ways to pay for care, including Medicaid and Veteran's benefits, and to preserving family assets.  She has social workers on staff to aid families in dealing with the challenges of long term care, chronic illness, and to help seniors age in place safely and independently..
