I have practiced criminal defense law in municipal, state and federal courts since 1984 when I started practicing law. I spent 2 years as a prosecutor in the Mobile County D.A.'s office in 1989 -1990 prosecuting all levels of offenses (from writing bad checks to murder). I have defended all levels of offenses during my years in private practice (from writing bad checks to murder). i understand the legal system, i know the prosecutors and the judges.. i practice in surrounding counties (Baldwin, Clarke, Escambia, Washington) and their municipalities on occasion. i can go where your case is being tried..
