David served as GKH’s Managing Partner from 2003 to 2004. He is a former member of the Chattanooga Bar Association’s Board of Governors, and a 2008 graduate of the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law program.. He is, and has been, involved in the Chattanooga community as the President of the Rotary Club of Chattanooga Hamilton Place 2011-2012, Treasurer and Director of Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise, Inc., a member of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce Workforce and Education Committee, a member of the Board of Directors and Advisory Board of La Paz Chattanooga, a Hispanic outreach nonprofit organization, and a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and its music committee.. David was born and raised in Cleveland, Tennessee. He and his wife, Kelley, reside in North Chattanooga with their son and two daughters. His hobbies include golf, tennis, basketball, guitar and chess.
