Good experience. Jacqui is great. She goes above and beyond. The maintenance is very responsive. Nice neighborhood - perfect for outdoorsy type of folks. It is expensive though but that’s expected for Monterey. Specially for a place near the beach. Also, this place is very dog friendly.
