Our firm is about one thing – helping our clients make smart business decisions. We do this in two ways:1. Business Issues Cases where we help our clients with a present need to determine a cost-effective solution. They range from simple drafting of documents to combative litigation to negotiating a deal.2. Custom Legal Department Program where we proactively build a system to protect, improve and grow our client’s businesses. We serve as General Counsel and bring active legal and management help on a fixed fee basis.. Since entering private practice, I have garnered extensive litigation and business representation experience. I served as lead or co-counsel in litigation cases with recoveries in excess of $50 million including numerous jury trials and a substantial victory against the Bank of America. We also regularly represent clients in complex arbitrations. Our firm maintains a limited clientele of established clients and takes select clients as general counsel.. A native of Enid, Oklahoma, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree, Summa Cum Laude and with Distinction, from Cornell College. I received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 1993. At Cornell University, I earned a Master’s in Public Administration. Prior to starting in private practice in 1995 I worked for the US Department of Energy in Washington, DC.
