(1988-1998) I was an Assistant District Attorney for Waukesha County District Attorneys office:       I handled all types of cases from traffic to homicide, misdemeanor and felony cases, Numerous motions, pleas, court trials and jury trials.. (1999-2001) I worked as an Administrative Law Judge for the Wisconsin Division of  Hearings & Appeals in the Probation and Parole Unit. I held numerous revocation hearings all around the state in jails and prisons to determine whether or not to revoke an offender's supervision. I was responsible for issuing written decisions determining what rules were broken and what sentence to impose upon revocation.. (2002-2003) I was an enforcement attorney for the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation & Licensing. I would review all types of businesses and professions that the state licenses and the profession sets rules of conduct and regulation to determine if there was a violation and what to impose as a sanction for a license or accreditation.. (2003-2015) State of Wisconsin, Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge, Branch 10. Elected to two 6 year terms as a circuit court judge. I served in all of the areas of the courts from juvenile, criminall, family and civil divisions. I handled all types of cases at all levels.
