I manage a general business representation practice, consisting of corporate clients primarily in the fields of Technology, Govt. Contracting and other professional services. This practice consists of advising on business formation and organization; services & licensing agreement drafting and negotiation; debt and equity financing; mergers, acquisitions and other combinations; regulatory compliance; tax, asset-protection, and estate planning; as well as common legal aspects of ongoing business operations.. Knowing the burdens of executive leadership, I strive to provide concise, complete, and easy to understand and execute guidance for my clients. My goal is to move business forward.
