More specifically, Attorney Schubert assists clients with all aspects of basic and advanced estate planning including wills and trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney, asset protection and wealth preservation, estate and gift tax planning, business or farm succession, special needs planning, and charitable giving. He also assists clients with estate settlement, including traditional probate and alternative probate procedures, and trust administration / trust settlement. Finally, he advises clients on elder law issues including Medicaid (nursing home/long-term care) planning, guardianships, and conservatorships.
