Kirk Lewis has been an Arizona resident for over 20 years and completed his undergraduate studies locally at Arizona State University, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in English Linguistics.  Following his degree at ASU, Kirk attended law school in Sacramento, California at the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law, earning Dean’s List honors and being named to the Traynor Honor Society.. Kirk has fought for criminally charged individuals through every stage of litigation, including multiple jury trials.  Kirk is also fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, which enables him to personally interact with individuals from various cultural backgrounds – in both the criminal defense and immigration setting.  Additionally, due to the adverse effect any criminal conviction could have on an immigration case, Kirk’s experience in both criminal and immigration law allows him to better serve his immigration clients by fighting for a result that won’t disqualify them from immigration relief.. When Kirk isn’t fighting for his clients in court, he enjoys all the outdoor activities Arizona has to offer with his wife and three kids.  During the scorching summer months Kirk looks forward to family camping trips on the beach in California.
