Stockton D. Banfield joined Udall Shumway PLC in 2016. Mr. Banfield focuses his practice on representing individuals and businesses in litigation related issues including business, real estate, and probate matters. Mr. Banfield also has experience with corporate/LLC and other business organizations formation, forming and certifying minority owned businesses, buying and selling of businesses, real estate (including foreclosures), contracts, debtor/creditor, business torts, representation of registered professionals, probate-probate avoidance, and trust, estate & probate litigation, and property disputes.. Mr. Banfield attended Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, in Washington, D.C. Mr. Banfield was chairman of the schools Honor Board and served as a teaching assistant for the legal writing department. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Banfield worked at a boutique law firm representing small and minority owned business in all areas of litigation and transactional work.. Mr. Banfield moved to Arizona in 2010 and began representing clients in business and real estate litigations. After starting his own firm he joined another boutique litigation firm where he worked extensively with representing real estate agents in both litigation and transactional needs. He worked with the Arizona Association of Realtors legal hotline and has represented real estate schools and brokerages before the Arizona Department of Real Estate..
