Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Banfield worked at a boutique law firm representing small and minority owned business in all areas of litigation and transactional work.. Mr. Banfield moved to Arizona in 2010 and began representing clients in business and real estate litigations. After starting his own firm he joined another boutique litigation firm where he worked extensively with representing real estate agents in both litigation and transactional needs. He worked with the Arizona Association of Realtors legal hotline and has represented real estate schools and brokerages before the Arizona Department of Real Estate.. Mr. Banfield enjoys basketball, golf, yoga and spending time with friends. He was raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Northern Virginia.
