Tom is the Managing Partner at McMenamin & Wing, LLC. He recovers millions for injured workers in Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Cases every single year.. Tom grew up in Delaware County, PA. He graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2015 cum laude with pro bono distinction.. While in law school, Tom represented indigent survivors of intimate partner violence as a Certified Legal Intern through the Delaware Civil Clinic in New Castle County. He graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. He primarily litigates plaintiff’s Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases.. Tom is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and was a speaker at the 2017 Pennsylvania Litigation Summit. Tom has been named a SuperLawyers Rising Star for every year since 2020.
