Continually helping people achive successful legal outcomes. Nick has been a member of the Utah State Bar since 2016 and has had extensive experience in the courtroom. Nick started his educational background by attaining his undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business. He then attended Creighton University School of Law, and graduated with his Juris Doctorate degree in 2015.. While Nick was studying at Creighton, he worked as a law clerk for Creighton University Community Economic Development Center where he served lower means individuals by providing legal services for microenterprise entrepreneurs and nonprofit groups. Following graduation, he started his legal career at a premier Northern Utah law firm helping clients in domestic practice and litigation. A year later, he continued his career with Hepworth | Murray focusing in family law, and estate planning. Recently, he joined the team at Lokken and Associates where he continues to focus his practice in family law, estate planning, and parental defense.. When Nick isn’t providing premium legal services for his client’s at Hepworth | Murray, he spends his time with his growing family. Nick enjoys the outdoors and is often found riding his road bike from county to county. He also donates his time serving the needs of safe harbor at protective order hearings.
