James Wing Bio
In 1989, I left a partnership in a medium-size firm to establish this firm, where one attorney is responsible for a matter from start to finish. Clients receive personal attention from me and my assistant. Having worked at a medium-size firm, I believe this provides superior service. This law firm utilizes up-to-date technologies in the service of our clients. Lawyers who prepare with the expectation that the case will settle put their clients at a disadvantage. Complete preparation assures the best presentation of the evidence at trial and increases the likelihood that the opposition will agree to a favorable settlement to avoid trial. It has become the standard of our practice to work hard and always be prepared.
