Joel received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2006.. Joel is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the Tolland County Bar Association. He was President of the Tolland County Bar Association for the 2014-2015 term.. Attorney DeFelice's practice concentrates on civil litigation including business disputes, divorce, custody, and personal injury, criminal law, estate planning, as well as residential and commercial real estate.. Joel serves as a Special Divorce Master for the Rockville (Tolland County) Marriage Dissolution Court.
