My primary areas of practice are Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Civil Litigation. I have been an active member of the Arizona bar for over 10 years, the majority of which has been spent as the managing Attorney for Pincus & Associates, and now Pincus & Lespron, PLC in Tucson, Arizona. Over the past 10 years I have gained significant experience advocating for personal injury victims in Pima County. During this time I have also gained valuable experience in the area of Civil Litigation. As a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney, I have had the honor of representing the interests of hundreds of clients through all phases of litigation in Arizona Superior Court.
