He graduated with his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2002. Tom Benner has been focusing on helping his clients navigate through bankruptcy and other financial-related issues since 2002 when he first joined the Smeloff and Benner Law Office as an attorney. In 2014, he teamed up with Logan Weinkauf to found Benner, a law firm that exclusively represents clients who need help getting their finances back on track.
