Charles F. Hollis, III (“Chuck”) was born in Covington, Kentucky. He is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University (B.A. History & Political Science, summa cum laude), the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D.), and the University of Helsinki Faculty of Law (LL.M. International Law) in Finland. He has also done coursework at the State Pushkin Institute for Russian Language, and Lomonosov Moscow State University.      Mr. Hollis has been practicing law for over 15 years. He is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.. Mr. Hollis is a past President of the Cincinnati USA Sister Cities Association. He serves on the Board of the Cincinnati-Kharkiv Sister City Partnership, and the Advisory Board for Soteni International, an organization performing charitable work in Kenya.. Mr. Hollis is a Russia scholar, having lived, worked and studied in Moscow on multiple occasions. His favorite pastimes include international travel, reading (especially world history and classic literature), tennis, photography and classical music.
