Chad Henson assists clients in all legal matters related to patents and other areas of intellectual property litigation and other business litigation. He has built substantial experience in patent damages and the intersection of patent law with administrative and antitrust law. He works with industry clients, financial institutions, and law firms to analyze and solve complex problems at the intersection of law and economics and has litigated cases involving a broad range of technologies, including lighting, optics, wireless networking, machine-to-machine communication, and consumer electronics.. Before entering private practice, Chad held academic and research positions at nationally recognized institutions around the United States, including the University of Illinois, Washington University in St. Louis, the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, the Property and Environment Research Center, and the Institute for Humane Studies.
