He has also handled trademark infringement and counterfeiting litigations and other proceedings between competing businesses over their use of trademarks, including disputes involving listings on Amazon.. Ted has also litigated patent infringement cases on a contingent fee, hybrid and hourly basis across the United States, including New York, Delaware, the Eastern District of Virginia, the Middle District of Florida, Oregon, Nebraska, Illinois, Arizona, California, and the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas. In the early part of his career, Ted was associated with one of the premier intellectual property firms in the country, Arnold White & Durkee.
