Eric has practiced law in Washington for nearly 20 years. He has considerable experience in business and tax planning, including not-for-profit, commercial contracts, start-up and emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchase and sale and leasing; estate planning and probate matters; business succession; and trusts and estates litigation. His practice also includes sports and entertainment transactions, representing athletes, filmmakers, and other creators in copyright and trademark, advertising, distribution, television and motion picture contracts, film production, post-production, and digital content..
