Scott Scholl Bio
From an early age, I found that I was very adept at working with fine details and applying them toward a solution. As someone who has always been an analytical thinker, I reveled in the art of critical thinking and problem-solving. This is what eventually led to me joining the U.S. Army.. I joined the Army so that I could learn to further develop those skills and apply them to real-world situations. For me, one of the best parts of serving was learning to work with others toward a common goal. It's what not only led me toward serving my country, but also a big part of what got me through my service, which included my participation in the invasion of Panama in 1989.. When I finished my service, I was immediately drawn toward practicing law because I knew it would allow me to continue to use my analytical and problem-solving skills to serve my community. I was quickly accepted into the University of Nebraska College of Law and received my Juris Doctor before returning to my home state of Arkansas to begin practicing law. From the outset, I decided to focus on a few areas of the law that would provide me with the opportunity to help people who often didn't have the means or opportunity to help themselves.. My initial focus was on legal appeals because I knew that my ability to study the smallest details of a case could go a long way toward helping my clients reverse the original decision in their case. Outside of appeals, I decided to also devote my knowledge and expertise toward family and military law.. Given my military background and my familiarity with many of the legal entanglements associated with military service, I knew I wanted to provide counsel and support for the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve this great country. Serving in the U.S. Army has provided me with a strong familiarity with the unique situations that service members face, both in regards to their relationships with family and their legal affairs.. At the end of the day, my goal is to provide affordable, reliable legal services and representation to individuals and families in Little Rock, Conway, and across the state of Arkansas. With over two decades of experience practicing law throughout the state, I'm truly committed to helping the members of my community navigate the legal system. I do this by providing effective legal strategies that can help them overcome whatever challenges they may be facing.. Through compassion, dedication, and a relentless work ethic, I'll do everything I can to help my clients find a solution that can help them move forward. So if you or someone you know is looking for trusted legal counsel, call my office today and schedule a free case consultation.

Told him my personal situation stated he would help to send a narrative lied to me never heard back never returned my calls and so not trustworthy never again!
Don’t be fooled by the fancy write-ups of the expertise Mr. Scholl claims to have, especially for military families. He took my husband’s case and money, let my husband do all of his own research, and then did not even present it in court. …
I hired Mr. Scholl for a child custody case in July of 2023. My daughter was in my care for over a year before I retained Mr. Scholl. In August of 2023 her mother put an order of protection against me after finding out I was trying to stop …

I hired her for a divorce & custody case. They (her or someone on her team) were very quick to resp Disappointed. Messaged them through their website and called twice explaining how urgent our situation is. They said someone would contact me in 24 -48 hours. It has been 4 days and no response. Thankfully another law firm responded the same day. If they really care about helping families they should respond when they say they will. ...read more ...read more

Definitely Highly recommended!! Someone who will go to bat for you. Very strong minded as well as I hired Mr. Cripps for an Order of Protection hearing. He handled the procedure very well during the actual hearing, seemed much more prepared than my ex’s attorney, and was successful in my favor in having the case dismissed. He is very direct but I appreciated his no-nonsense, factual statements so that I was truly prepared. ...read more ...read more
