Mr. King is an attorney licensed in the both the state and federal bars in the District of Columbia and Maryland. He obtained his J.D. in 2006 from Northeastern University School of Law, renowned for its focus on practical experience and social responsibility. As a title attorney Mr. King has written articles on 1031 exchanges and is the go-to person on transfer and recordation tax questions for many local attorneys and developers. Over a two-year period Mr. King handled over a quarter billion dollars in consideration and issued over a half billion dollars in liability insurance..
