She is frequently retained to provide coverage advice and act as coverage counsel for other firms in need of focused insurance coverage assistance in connection with complex, multi-faceted cases. In this role, she is either a consulting lawyer to the other firm, or acts as co-counsel focusing on coverage issues. In addition, she also has a special interest in art law matters.. Terri has extensive experience in the litigation of complex, high-exposure matters in a broad range of areas, including insurance coverage, whistleblower investigations and related regulatory and governmental investigatory matters, employment law claims, personal injury, and commercial litigation.
