Mrs. Strak brings with her valuable knowledge and insight into the inner workings of the insurance claims and settlement process, and now uses her knowledge and experience in defending large insurance companies to fight for her injured clients.. Mrs. Strak is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is admitted to practice law in all Virginia courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia..
