Neil E. Durkin, Esquire was admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1992. He is also admitted to practice in the federal courts of New Jersey, the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law-Camden and Rowan University.. Mr. Durkin handles a variety of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accident, fall down cases, dog bites, construction site injuries, products liability and medical negligence.  Mr. Durkin also represents clients in workers compensation matters and employment discrimination matters..
