Ms. Hayba joined the firm of Curran Moher Weis in 2017 after practicing domestic relations law at another Fairfax, Virginia firm. Ms. Hayba focuses her practice solely on domestic relations matters involving divorce, custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, and other related issues. Ms. Hayba provides her clients with both dedicated and compassionate legal representation, focusing on her client’s short-term and long-term goals..
