I am an associate with Ford Richardson, PC, in their Southwest, Virginia office, where my practice focuses on the defense of workers' compensation claims, and general liability claims. I also handle insurance coverage and first party claims and EUOs. Prior to joining Ford Richardson, I was in solo general practice for seven years, focusing on personal injury, workers' compensation, business law and litigation, employment law and criminal defense. I have been practicing law for almost 18 years. My career began in Virginia, where I practiced from 2000-2007, and 2010 to the present My main areas of practice have been workers compensation, and general liability. I have represented both claimants and employers in workers' compensation claims and have represented plaintiffs and defendants in general liability matters on both the trial and appellate level. In 2007, I moved to Little Rock, Arkansas and joined the firm of Wright, Lindsey & Jennings, where I focused my practice on defense of employers in workers' compensation claims, insurance coverage, general liability and investigation and defense of third-party claims against insurers.I returned to Virginia in 2010, and my solo practice began in 2011. I started with McCandlish Holton Morris in November, 2017.
