Mr. Walters was named a Rising Star by Washington Law & Politics Magazine (2004, 2006-2012) and a Super Lawyer (2013-2014).. In addition to IP litigation, Mr. Walters handles all aspects of patent prosecution, including reexaminations and inter partes reviews before the USPTO's Patent Trial and Appeal Board..
