I am an owner at Garvey Schubert Barer, where I head the Intellectual Property practice.  I work with a diverse array of clients - from established companies to startups - bringing a combination of business savvy, domain expertise, creative thinking and more than 15 years of experience to address my clients' business needs. I have experience with the run of the mill to the complex technology-related legal issues all companies face – including computer law, licensing, e-commerce, data collection and protection, privacy, copyright, trademark, trade secret, tech transfer, and various internet-related legal issues.
