Warren Diepraam Bio
I have over 25 years experience in law enforcement having ended that career as the First Assistant at the Waller County DA's Office. In addition, I worked for the Harris County DA and the Montgomery County DA for two decades. Since 2014, I have also been in private practice representing a select few clients so that they receive the attention and dedication they deserve as they go through the criminal Justice system.. I am known for innovative thinking and created several national models for the legal system including Felony Murder prosecutions for Habitual DWI killers, No Refusal to make the arrest and judicial processes more efficient, efficient court case management programs, Skype testimony, and more. Two separate groups have named me the nation's top lawyer in my field and I received a public service award from NHTSA in 2013. I know the system and get along well with prosecutors, judges, and police. I want to put this experience to work for you!
