Ms. Tilker, Of Counsel, is a senior partner at Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano LLP, who handled Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claims for the firm, on a high volume basis for both adults and children.. She is a graduate of New York University and St. John's University School of Law. Admitted Appellate Division, 2nd Department: State of NY: January 1978. Eastern District and Southern District of New York: April 1978 Admitted United States Supreme Court: January 2010.. Ms. Tilker has concentrated for more than thirty years in Social Security Disability law and has served two terms as President of the New York Social Security Bar Association from 1990-1994. She is presently a Trustee of this organization.. She was named in New York Super Lawyers of the Metro Region, in the practice area of Social Security Disability for the years 2007-2014 and has lectured extensively to groups for the disabled including the Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Arthritis Foundation. In addition, Super Lawyers in March 2015 named Ms. Tilker to its Top 100 list of female lawyers in the New York metro region.
