Troy is one of the most experienced and respected 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund attorneys in the United States. He is a Founding Partner of Hansen & Rosasco, LLP, a New York law firm that handles only 9/11 claims. He has been representing 9/11 victims and 9/11 first responders since 2001.. Troy is known for his compassionate and fierce advocacy on behalf of 9/11victims at the federal September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. To date, his firm has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for his 9/11 clients. Many of his 9/11 clients are still getting diagnosed with 9/11 related cancers to this day.
