Michelle Maloney Bio
As an Associate Attorney with the Marynell Maloney Law Firm, I am the first member of the next generation of Maloney attorneys in San Antonio, Texas. I was born in San Antonio, Texas, grew up abroad, and attended college in New York City, before graduating cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law and moving back to San Antonio to practice.. I am licensed in Texas, New York and California and handle medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. In my second year of practice alone, I singlehandedly settled over a million dollars’ worth of cases. I have successfully represented clients in high stakes settlement negotiations and mediations and am honored that my clients have put their trust in me. As I work primarily with families who have been devastated by horrific injuries or the deaths of loved ones, I understand how difficult the litigation process can be and I strongly believe that a lawyer's duty to her client is to listen first, advise second, and advocate always.
