I am the entrepreneurial principal in my Scottsdale, Arizona based firm, which I founded on January 01, 1994.  My boutique law practice is dedicated to rendering quality and cost-effective legal services in the areas of transactional commercial and residential real estate law and general corporate and business law.  Over the course of my 35+ year legal career, I have represented both sophisticated institutional clients with a national presence as well as clients who own small and medium sized businesses that are concentrated within various aspects of the real estate field.  I also handle life-cycle events from inception through dissolution for a wide variety of other, non-real estate related businesses, industries and trades.. I have a particular interest and expertise in assisting local Arizona-based companies with their transactional real estate, corporate and business legal needs.  I have been a proud member of Local First Arizona since 2011 and have provided legal services to a number of unique and creative businesses through that affiliation.  I have been fortunate to work on  several "adaptive reuse" real estate projects that have already transformed and will continue to transform the older parts of the midtown and downtown portions of Phoenix.. My years spent in Chicago working on sophisticated real estate and corporate deals at a major national law firm, when combined with my years spent in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area running my own law firm have matured me into a highly-skilled, experienced and practical lawyer that is capable of rendering quality legal services at cost-effective rates.
