I provide family law representation, mediation, and estate planing, as well as criminal defense, to clients throughout Massachusetts. I am a former Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, one of the largest and busiest prosecutors' offices in the country, where I gained extensive trial experience in a range of felony and misdemeanor crimes inluding domestic violence and child abuse, which involved many family law matters.. As a family law attorney, I have applied my trial experience to probate court practice. I handle complex financial cases including those involving alimony, representing self-employed clients, and where the marital estate is extensive.. Whether in family law cases or criminal, I work with my clients to ensure their lives are able to continue with as little disruption as possible pending the resolution of their case, and that they are fully informed on the law and advised on the most effective strategy for an optimal resolution.. I am a member of the American Association of Certified Financial Litigators and volunteer for the Attorneys Representing Children program in the probate court.
