Mark is an experienced litigator and counselor who has handled a variety of lawsuits, administrative actions, and pre-litigation matters. He began his legal career by clerking for the Massachusetts Superior Court in Suffolk, Middlesex, and Essex counties. After his clerkship, Mark practiced as a litigator for more than five years in Boston law firms, focusing on professional liability defense, construction law, and employment law..
