Mr. Bojat likes to take on new challenges and difficult cases as he takes pride in handling intimidating and tough issues. He encourages his clients to ask questions and is eager to make them understand every step of their case while he fights for them in order to obtain the highest awards. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Bojat volunteered at a Neighborhood Legal Center in Van Nuys, California, where he was assisting individuals in Family Law issues as well as Unlawful Detainers. Mr. Bojat also volunteered as a clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office in the Major Crimes Division, which only deals with the high priorities crimes, including multiple homicides, cases involving high-profile victims or suspects, and "critical missing" cases. Lastly, Mr. Bojat worked at a Beverly Hills personal injury law firm, BD&J, for over two years in the pre-litigation department dealing only with cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries. Mr. Bojat earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy in 2008 and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 2013. While in law school, Mr. Bojat served as an Assistant Professor in Torts and has tutored students in Torts and Criminal Procedure. He also represented his school in a National Criminal Procedure Tournament in San Diego in 2012, competing against other law schools across the United States. Aside from practicing law, Mr. Bojat enjoys the outdoors and playing music. Due to his passionate relationship with his clients, aggressive approach with insurance companies and overall knowledge in the Personal Injury field, Mr. Bojat is a fierce advocate for his clients capable of obtaining high settlements and verdicts. Mr. Bojat is a member of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and American Association for Justice (AAJ).
