She has represented a variety of businesses including two major forest products industries, Delson Lumber and Hardel Mutual Plywood Corporation. Ms. Smyth McIntosh earned her B.A. degree from the University of Washington in 1982 and her J.D. degree from Seattle University (formerly University of Puget Sound School of Law) in 1985.. She has served on the Red Cross Board of Directors, Olympia YWCA Board, Chamber of Commerce Board, WSBA International Law Section Board and was an Elected Freeholder charged with drafting a city county charter in 1989..
