He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Hayman served as an Editor on the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, received a CALI Award for Excellence for obtaining a perfect score in his legal seminar, and graduated in the top 10% of his class.. Mr. Hayman is admitted to practice law before all state courts and agencies in the State of Ohio as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.. Additionally, Mr. Hayman has presented statewide legal seminars to school administrators as well as authored published articles in the area of school law.. He is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, the Union County Bar Association, and the Fairfield County Bar Association..
