He represents buyers and sellers in transactions across a range of industries, such as energy, manufacturing, technology, retail, banking and telecommunications. Jack is well-versed in the sale and purchase of electric power generation and transmission assets.He also helps emerging, high-growth and sustaining businesses raise and attract capital by providing advice about formation, capital structure and corporate finance and ownership, including angel investment, venture capital, private equity investment, strategic joint ventures, private placements, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, voting agreements, investor rights and equity compensation.
